Procedure To Release Quarantine Message 

 

THIS SHOULD ONLY BE DONE WHEN YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE THE EMAIL IS LEGITIMATE.

 

If you receive mail that has been placed in quarantine, you'll receive a message like that shown in image below.  The following options will be available to you by clicking the respective links in the message or you can choose to do nothing. 

 

For Example: 

  

 

 To release your quarantined messages Office 365 Security & Compliance Center

  

 

  1. Click the box next to a specific message. A tab will appear on the right with the options ‘release message,’ ‘view message header,’ ‘preview message’ and ‘remove from quarantine.’

 


  1. Click the button marked ‘Release message.’

     

 

  1. Then click ‘Release message’ in the bottom left-hand corner in the next tab that opens.

  

 

  1. Once released, click ‘Done’ and the message will appear at the top of your inbox.

 

  1. To remove from the list, select the message and click ‘Remove from quarantine.  

     


  1. Warning pop-up will appear to delete message from quarantine list select yes.  

     

How to find and release your quarantined messages (iOS and Android) 

 

  1. Sign in with your email username and password.

   

 

  1. The page will redirect to the review list of all quarantined messages.

   

  1. Select a specific message and click ‘release message’ on the page that appears.  

  2. Click ‘done.’

    

 

6.Next, to delete the message from the list click the message and select ‘remove from quarantine.’ Next, click ‘yes.’
